These youtube videos keep poping up randomly from WappWapp. Also this chat room is popping up too from the hackers themselves called xat.com/911WasAnInsideJob (dont click). Anyway they can send any link to a bunch of computers. Pornography, loud noises, horse crap, you name it. In the chat a bunch of people are claiming they are getting the vids too. One of the hacker admins says ok heres some pawn and a link pops up and everyones like wtf dude. Anyway, can you help me get rid of this?

For some reason i find this funny. I know its painful from your position though.
The easiest way is to reinstall your last 'known good' backup. After that the best way is to install windows all over again.

But if you really want to try and remove the virus, the reboot into safe mode with networking, restore to a previous uninfected date if you use restore points that is, then download & install malwarebytes antimalware then update and run it.
Other tools you probably should download and run, Avira, avast or bit defender, hijackthis, superantispyware, adaware anti-spyware, CCleaner, rkill, rouguekiller, and tdskiller. Im not sure if combofix is still a viable tool or not but sure comes in handy sometimes.
