Hi there , this days I was trying to setup a remote administration tool for my personal phone. I was trying to open a port "4444" while I portforwarded that correctly I noticed that even after that all my ports are closed. Tried to stop al the firewalls from the router and from my pc , nothing is working.
I used any site for this:
https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/
http://www.canyouseeme.org/
https://portchecker.co/check

All of this said that all my ports are closed even "80" is closed.

All these ports were open like 2 weeks ago I don't know why now they are all closed

I also called the ISP they said all the ports were open.

http://prntscr.com/ktvxq3

Did I port forwarded them incorrectly? I have a RT-N18U router.

Solution
There are 2 parts to the test if a port is open. First the packet must make it he end machine...that is what the port forwarding does. Then the end device using that port must respond back. If either of these fail then the port is considered closed. So testing say on port 80 when you do not have a web server setup on the device that that you port forwarded to will result in the port saying it is closed.

So if I open a server on the port 4444 it should say it's open?
