Randomly drop FPS, Kernel Power 41 error

Hello,

I'm having issue randomly sometimes is only drop FPS for a while, somtimes crash (Kernel Power error 41).

I'm reinstall Windows, checked the memory with memtest86, GPU with FurMark and EVGA OC Scanner X also memory on VGA, stressed CPU. Everything is ok, system is no overclocked.

My configuration:
CPU: i7 5820K
MOBO: MSI X99 Raider
VGA: Gigabyte GTX 980 Ti
RAM: HyperX Fury Black 4x4GB
PSU: Thermaltake Smart SE 730
OS: Windows 7 Pro

I think the problem is PSU, I've read the opinions about my power supply and it's just bad. But the system worked properly for 3 years.

What do you think about it?

Well that's not a good PSU to begin with and it's now over 3 years old.

Time to replace it with a good quality PSU.

I bought EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G3, i will replace it tomorrow and I will see if the problem will be solved.

After change PSU problem i think is solved - i test only few hours, i update this thred in a one week of playing.
