Question Randomly freezing and restarting PC.

My specs are really old but capable of playing:
Cpu: i7-3770k
Gpu: 1050ti 4gb
Mobo: Asus Maximus IV Extreme
RAM: 8Gb Corsair ddr3 ,but actually it should be 16gb but windows only recognizes 8 of 16.
Psu: 650w Idk the exact name but not too good.
After i start the pc it goes off randomly in 5 mins or sometimes it works longer then no error codes or no bsod. The rams working properly ,i ve checked them with memtest and all the dimms are good as well,also checked. Fully updated windows and latest bios,pls help things getting worse in days and i cant really afford to buy a new pc now... Kind Regards Bence.

Then I'd say that's got to be worth replacing first --- with a decent one!
