So I built a computer for gaming and got it together and everything installed and updated (including bios). Played with overclocking a little but set the graphics back to factory when this issue started. I used the built in auto scan in aorus engine for the overclockNow the issue is randomly on startup there is no video output. I can see the fan light profile from ique is loaded so I know the computer has made it into windows but can’t see anything. I can press the restart button and it will restart the system and the video will come on. Sometimes I have to do it more than once. If I restart from windows the same thing happens and I have to use the restart button. I tried ddu from safe mode and reinstalled the graphics drivers and same problem. Even with the basic windows display driver the problem persists. Changed hdmi cord and display and reseated the card and no change.

Gpu- gigabyte aorus GeForce rtx 2080ti
Ram- teamgroup t-force delta 32gb
Psu- Corsair rm850
