[SOLVED] Randomly shutting off and struggling during use ?

The amount of time the computer is on or used doesn’t really affect when the computer does this. It tends to happens mostly when I play games however. It’s been happening since I got and installed a new graphics card and I never really knew how to describe the issue so I took the above video.

That video shows nothing of interest that could describe your problem. There's seem to be some message in the window, What is it ?

Start by describing details about your PC and what changes were made. Have you installed proper GPU and other drivers ?
From what little I could see it's possible that GPU driver is bad.
