Randomly Shutting off

Hey I made a pc today and it randomly shuts off?? I'm not running a game or anything. Here are my specs. Usually Jusy does a full shut down. Sometimes I hear a throttle from the cpu cooler before. My keyboard, mouse, and HDMI randomly shut off. Did I not put enough thermal paste? Is my PSU the problem?

You should monitor your temps to rule that out. I use HWInfo64.

Not sure if the power supply is the issue, but I don't think it is. Could be wrong.

Check that the CPU cooler is mounted correctly. My initial instinct feels like it's overheating
