Question Randomly started rubber banding in games and having slow speeds on websites ?

I was just playing a game and I started rubber banding which hasn't ever happened to me and I never rubber band then I opened another game and it was happening there too. I also can barely watch streaming platforms such as Netflix and it constantly gets stuck.

I'm using ethernet and if anyone knows how to help it would be appreciated.

Way to many variables. Can be anything from you a cable coming to your house got damaged or some device in your house is downloading lots of data and many many more things.

Try to isolate this. Are other device in your house affected. Can you plug directly into the modem if you have one. Do you see any error messages in the router or modem.
