What randomly freezes? Is it doing it while you are using it, when you are starting it up, when you are shutting it down? laptop? Desktop? specs? make? model?

Test your everything. Start with you hd's, SSD, memory, CPU, and GPU. Need to watch temps for the CPU and GPU. Use hdtune to test HD and ssd. Use aida64 to test the rest and watch temps.
