Ranom Shut Off When Playing games

I have a computer that, when playing intensive games, will shut off completely without warning. All of the temperatures are sub-60 celcius. The specs are -
AMD Phenom x2 unlocked to 4 cores
Asus Motherboard (dont have the model at the moment)
4 GB RAM
500 GB WD Caviar Green Hard drive
Viotek 450 Watt PSU
Sapphire HD 6850

I am guessing it might be the power supply not being able to keep up with the components, though I am not sure.

Yes, it looks like a power supply issue. Try buying a greater (at least 500W) and more reliable one.
