RAOD-0 with 2 SSDs - Can't see 3rd HD in My Computer

I have two SSDs in RAID-0 which I am using for the operating system (WIN 7). I have a separate HD which I am using for storage. The HD does not show up in My Computer. But it does show up as a non-raid disk in my bios. What is even strainger is that the OS will not start up unless the HD is also plugged into the sata port.

Any advice on how to make my non-raid HD show up in My computer would be greatly appreciated.
