Rapid Beeping - Samsung DP700A7D All in One PC

Hi, I bought a bulk set of computers and one of them is a Samsung DP700A7D AiO PC. It was all fine until I force shut it down, and now it rapidly beeps non-stop when I turn it on, and gives one long beep when I press the power button to turn it off. I contacted Samsung customer support and they said the wrong BIOS is on the motherboard. The nearest Samsung repair store wants a $40 diagnostics fee, and the additional fees for the rest of the job. I tried removing the CMOS battery to reset the BIOS but that didn't seem to help.

Any pointers? I can't seem to find any information on this model of AiO PC.

the wrong bios info is wrong. there no bios files on samsug web page for an end user to reflash the all in one laptop. i would power the unit down and then reseat and ram and video cards in the unit.

The video card is soldered on, I tried to reseat the ram to no avail

if you have another unit for parts try swapping ram stick.
