Rapid click while holding a button?

I'm looking for a way to set one of my thumb buttons on my mouse to when I hold it, it will left click very fast or, if possible, make it so my left mouse button will click very fast while holding both of them. Is there any sort of macro program that will do this?

Thanks Brett! That is a really nifty macro program, but I actually just realized my logitech mouse came with it's own macro program that let me do slightly what I was looking to do. But still, thanks!
