[SOLVED] rar and zip extractor

hi everyone. when i use 7 zip for extracting rar files my cpu use 10% of its power and my ssd use 40% of its speed.
i want to know is there any way to use 100% of cpu power to make it faster?
my cpu is core i9 7900x and my ssd is samsung 960evo 1TB.
