Question rare problem with restarting/start-power on

i should on a right place here i have a weird problem i have my pc for one year and half i saw this weird issue last month my pc if i shut the psu off for a 10 mins then turn on pc starts just fine and it's random btw sometimes will not POST plus power button doesn't responsive at all i held it for 2 mins and nothing i shut the psu switch off the same problem happen when restarting no matter i restarting from windows or bios or windows flash drive it doesn't matter just screen go with no signal and pc doesn't responsive to power button and sometimes it's restarts fine i hope someone help me here i have tested a different working parts such as ram/gpu + integrated/psu and the same thing so now i'am on mobo and cpu which one is faulty

ram nighthawk 16 gb teamgroub
psu gigabyte P550B
gpu gigabyte gtx 1650 super

Try bios clear cmos, remove cmos battery and install it again and then goto bios and load default settings save and exit.
what is your bios version.
check usb cables for any cuts.
Remove all usb device and start pc if boot normal try 4-5 times.

i forgot i have updated bios to f51 i tried clr cmos disconnecting every thing expect monitor and nothing still same problem

Revert to previous bios as you have an apu it could be prob. Try around bios f40 f32 something.

prev it was have F1 problem started before i updateing bios i'am still searching /asking befog i buy any part mobo haves highest chance to be faulty i will update once i have something
