Builds I could use it on:

Rabies druid
Chargedin
Bladesin(but would lose out on Claw Mastery)

I think without the AR and knockback it wouldnt
shine.It also has a decent base speed so the lack
of IAS might not be too critical.

I'd call this a perfect weapon, if the knockback doesn't pose a problem for
your build. I've crafted lots of axes, but never got +skills and such a
high %ED.

If needbe, you could upgrade and socket it (to get +IAS%).

Did I say that I want one?
