Rash of 7F bsods

I have been getting a rash of 7F bsods I don't know whats causing them,ive pretty much closed everything in the backround when playing games like city of heroes and it still occurs randomly.I wish i could attach the minidumps so someone could tell me the cause.

Have you checked your memory?

PSU wattage sufficient?

CPU/GPU not running hot?

Latest GPU drivers?
