[SOLVED] Raspberry pi 4 B 8 GB USB-C

I am curious about the Pi 4B 8 GB model's use of USB power adapters. Has the issue regarding one resistor vs. two resistors on the board been addressed on this model?

The "issue" as you put it is resolved in both rev 1.2 of lower RAM boards and the much redesigned 8GB version (power circuitry has had a major overhaul).
