It's going to use less power than the 8 GB model because it has the newer version of the silicon that the 2 GB model also uses. I doubt the 16 GB RAM package makes much of a difference.What about power consumption and thermal performance of the various models? If we are operating a big CPU intensive app that utilizes more than 8GB of RAM, what happens thermally? Does a 'standard' 5A power supply keep up? Is there any significant difference in current draw / leftover capacity for peripherals?
