Raspberry PI doesnt boot into OS after installing updates

I have ubuntu server on my Raspberry PI3. After flashing the sd and getting updates with apt-get update and upgrade. It just says no server ip error. And then goes into U-Boot. I think it has to do with TFTP.

May have been a problem with the update. You should backup your sdcard(boot storage). The reinstall and copy important content from the backup if possible.

There is something wrong with your boot configuration. Re-flash the card, and start from scratch.
What distro you're using? If you follow their instructions closely, and still encounter the same problem, you should contact the maintainers.
