Rastacourere

Hey All,

If I have an Independent vampire with 1 vote (who is therefore titled)
who then gets Rastacourere, is the vampire still titled? I'm about 95%
sure the answer is yes.

It's more obvious to me that a Rastacourere'd Bishop or Primogen would
still be titled, and have zero votes, but I wanted to check.

Well, I guess you must be right. It all boils down to semantics and what
is defined as a term. In this equation 1 vote - 1 vote = 0 votes =/= no
votes. 😉 That is, the vampire is titled but his title is currently
worth no votes.
