RAT-ed after wipe

Hello everyone I believe I was RAT-ed after being infected from using teamviewer longstory short I used parted magic secure wiped my SSD and after reinstalling just the basic progams I get a message on skype saying why are you online then my computer turned off
I can only assume I have some kind of infected hardware and cant find anywhere how i could possiblily fix this

Spec:
CPU: FX8350
Motherboard: M5A97 R2.0
RAM: HyperX ddr3 1600 (2x8gb)
Storage: HyperX SSD 120gb
OS: Windows 7
GPU: Asus R9 270x

Full Format the drives and reinstall from scratch.

infected hardware? maybe just malfunctioning hardware. i dont think it's possible to infect harddware like a software problem. well to my knowledge. has the problem occurred again?

I reformed the drive using parted magic because it is an SSD and rewrote everything with a 0 using secure erase but I was still shut down remotely my main pc is currently unpluged and i plan to wipe it again but i have the feeling it will do nothing

Even after the 2nd reformat I still can be shut off when i go online right noy my pc offline and i cant find anything with avg avast or malwarebytes anyone have any ideas?

sounds like you need a professional to take a look at it. that's hard to diagnose over the forums O_O
but if you are being shut down through software you simply didn't format your drive cleanly

so you blank it, removed all formatting, and set up a new partition, and then formatted it to ntfs?
