i should get a better power supply, it is really cheap and if you get higher amounts off watts you could upgrade later.

I would go with the fractal without window, for more sound dampening and it's cheaper, the crucial m4 is cheaper, i recommend that ssd, the 670 windforce has a good cooling system, and it's not loud.
You can get the xfx 550 for less, it's also a seasonic oem psu.
Here's the list, if you're interested :

I've read a lot of reviews and Vertex 4 and m4 come close together, but doesn't VTX4 have 1gb cache to boost performance? Also are any of them good for partitioning (I know it's not the best idea but that will allow me to separate my games from windows and program files)? I wanted to go for windowless at first but then I though I have quite decent parts inside, why not display them? Doubt that the Window will Increase the db's by much? Why P8Z77 over Extreme 4? It's more pricey, about the same as Extreme 6. Is XFX quiet? I've read quite a few reviews that XFX products tend to be noisy! Also what's the main difference between FTW and FTW Signature 2? Don't seem to find much info..

Regards,
M

The xfx psu isn't a noisy psu, i can't find reports that shows the xfx 550 core edition is a loud one, you're fine with it.
The crucial m4 is more reliable and cheaper, so i recommended the crucial m4.
You'll have enough space for the os and the games with it with a 256GB SSD.
The asus has wifi, you can get the asus LK for less if you don't need that feature, the asrock is also a good board, but it's been reported to be a really thin board : http://www.hardocp.com/article/2013/02/06/asrock_z77_extreme4_lga_1155_motherboard_review/6#.UTocsBzwnQU
Still you can go with the asrock(i recommend asrock boards, they're good ones), though, just giving you another alternative, since you can afford it,
The signature 2 has a dual fan cooling system, it's a good card and it's very quiet.
