The only way i can rate it is: Boring but good.

Might want to think about going Seasonic, XFX with that build instead of the lower tier CX600

PSU is bad. Change it for an Antec, XFX, Seasonic unit.

Otherwise it looks good, but not having a HDD is not a great call. I would get one for sure. the 80-90 useable GBs of the SSD will be gone fast.

Ram is a little faster, PSU is a lot higher quality (and 550W is more than enough for 970 plus CPU overclocking).
