My build:

Sorry I am a noob at computer hardware and was wondering if I can even run my ram at 3200 mhz on this for gaming because it doesnt give me 3200 option in UEFI.
Max option it gives is 2666mhz so I was wondering if it caps at that because of motherboard capabilities?
Also, please rate my build.

CPU: i7 9700f
Motherboard: B365m IB-R
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB
SSD/HDD: Adata SU630 480GB/Seagate Barracuda 1TB
GPU: MSI Nvidia RTX 2060S (Super)
PSU: Dont know its blocked off in its own compartment.
Chassis: Dont know but its nice and spacious with rgb lights
OS: Windows 10 home

I bought from iBUYPOWER/Best Buy from their store for $1150

Userbenchmark doesn't show what your PSU is in your build. In relevance to your thread, I'd ask you to list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

The limitations of your B365 chipset won't allow you to get the rams to DDR4-3200MHz. In order to do that you will need a Z series chipsetted motherboard.
