Rate my build? (And what motherboard should I get?)

Just thought I would do one of these, and see the reaction.

CPU: AMD Phenom II 965
RAM: G. Skill Ripjaws 8gb (2x4gb) 1600 (PC3 12800)
GPU: EVGA Superclocked GTX 560 (Fermi)
Case: Cooler master CM690 Mid-tower (not advanced version)
Mobo: Main reason I did this. What motherboard should I get? I consider myself familiar with most other computer parts than the mobo. I don't really understand what makes a good motherboard.

Accessories:
Headset: Corsair Vengeance 1500 7.1
Mouse: Cooler Master Recon gaming mouse
I'm also thinking of getting a Microsoft Sidewinder X4 keyboard. my current keyboard is alright, though, my only real problem with it is that it isn't backlit.

Reccomendations? Criticisms? Any help will be appreciated! Thanks
