CL19 is a bit too slow. Try getting this one. Though I'm not sure how much of a performance upgrade it'll be on intel systems. But it's always better to get the better one.

Everything else seems fine. But i think it's better if you got yourself a Ryzen 5 3600 and a B450/B550 mobo with 3200/3600mhz CL16 RAM. It'd perform way better. [Ryzen build suggested on the message below]

[Note: the motherboard i mentioned is just for reference. You can get any other mother as per your wish. There may also be better performing mobo in this price range]
This build won't cost more than your initial build but will perform a lot better.

Not familiar with Canadian pricing, but would look to replace that RAM with some faster Ripjaws on both hertz and latency.
I would personally drop to a smaller NVME, bump the GPU, possibly go with a platter drive for space as a tide over...and consider a more powerful PSU based on the above selection.
