Everything else seems fine. But i think it's better if you got yourself a Ryzen 5 3600 and a B450/B550 mobo with 3200/3600mhz CL16 RAM. It'd perform way better. [Ryzen build suggested on the message below]

This build won't cost more than your initial build but will perform a lot better.



IMPORTANT: The GPU you used is a lot overpriced. Here's a GTX1660Ti for almost identical price:

Not familiar with Canadian pricing, but would look to replace that RAM with some faster Ripjaws on both hertz and latency.
I would personally drop to a smaller NVME, bump the GPU, possibly go with a platter drive for space as a tide over...and consider a more powerful PSU based on the above selection.
