I think a good air cooler will out perform it, and be quieter and more reliable, but the water coolers do offer a smaller footprint. I think it's up to you, if you want a good performing one, you need to step up to the dual 120/140 versions, otherwise air beats out the smaller ones.
I would go with a different PSU, the XFX Pro Series Gold 750 watt PSU would be a better choice in my opinion. If SLI is in the future, get 850 watts.

Also if you are going to overclock, you need an aftermarket CPU cooler, the Hyper 212 EVO will handle light/medium overclocks, anything more and I would go with the Noctua D14.
