rate my build

Looks good. First things i have noticed are: The CPU comes with Thermal paste so you don't need to buy any unless you specifically want more for later on or anything. Secondly, you have a B150 board listed, i won't be compatible without a BIOS update for Kaby Lake (7th Gen) CPUs so you will need a Skylake CPU to do that. You need a B250/H270/Z270 board. I would recommend a H270 or Z270 since you have an unlocked i7 and high end cooling. B250 cannot overclock if im not mistaken and H270 can but Z270 are best at it. Hope this helps :)

Why are you putting ''k'' cpu in a non Z motherboard? If you want to overclock your more expensive ''k'' cpu you would also need to get ''Z'' motherboard. Or just wait 1 month for ryzen 5, im sick of this intel crap.

-Your CPU Cooler comes with thermal paste I believe
-You'd be better off getting a Z270 motherboard and overclocking it. Unless you update the BIOS yourself, B150 won't work and can't OC.
-An EVGA G3 650W is even better quality than the G2 and cuts unnecessary wattage.

If you go water-cooling and k-cpu you'd need at least an entry-level board

My suggestion doesn't look as flashy but uses better value components and includes a nice ssd.
