This is actually one of the first builds where the OP nearly hit the nail on the head with their proposed system. Just switch out the 680 for a 670 or a 7970 instead, as the 680 really isn't very much better and costs about $100 more.

I heard some bad things about the 7970 having rly bad stuttering. I also like how the 680 is factory overclocked. 😱 It's a super clocked signature edition one.

Anyway I can make it out a 10/10 or would that means spending more money?
Would mean spending a lot more money, as in custom water cooling your whole PC, and RAID (imho) Some people might call this bad because this and that, but really, for the price, it's a great build.
Also here is a different PSU if you're interested, same price, 80 Plus Gold Certified, 750W and it is Modular:

Better GPU? Pshhh please. Price/peformance then yes, the 7970, but I'm amost sure the 680 is better.
Scroll down and look. OC the 7950 and the 680 only gets .8 more FPS. Is that worth the extra $164? Not really. Or you can buy a 7970 and get the same performance for $400 and then OC and beat the 680 by a lot.
