OK. Here are my 4 builds i have been working on. They are all right around my budget, $800-$900. I'm new to this pc building business, so I dont know which one I will get the most bang for my buck. Keep in my also, I am only 15, have no steady income, and have to pay $100 more than half of $800 to $900. So i want the best performance to price ration. Yes, I understand that there is no SSD, and that will be a upgrade for the future. And another thing, I want whatever build I go with to be very future proof, i.e. being able to play newer games in 2 years at reasonable FPS. Oh, I forgot to mention that this build is mainly for gaming. The main games I will be playing are PUBG, CSGO, L4D2, TF2, and Battlefront. So, to reiterate, I want to get the best bang for buck build optimized for gaming, that is future proof, and is affordable. Thanks in advance.

Best of both worlds build. The 4c/8t CPU and 1060 6gb

actually thought, thats amazing. I may just downgrade a few peripherals so i can fit in the other monitor with 1ms response time, and upgrade the mobo mabye a little. But damn, thats so near the perfect build it hurts. Thanks my dude. What about oc abilities for the CPU?

No SSD? Speed killer, downgraded your peripherals:
