Rate My First Comp Build under $500

Hey everyone,
So this is my first time ever trying to build a computer and I wanted to know what some thoughts were about my build. First Its for medium gaming like StarCraft2 and using design programs like Auto Cad and Unigraphics NX. I was on kind of a tight budget ($500 or less) Let me know what you think and any helpful advice would be nice. (all computer parts from newegg.com)

As far as the graphics card is concerned i was looking at another one but wasn't sure if i should go with it.

Thats not a bad build , but I think you can do better with AMD's recently released Llano APU
You get a quad core processor thats faster then the Athlon integrated with a graphics chip.

Latest 32 nm technology , and you can still add a discrete graphics card later if you wish

I looked at it and i think that might be a good idea. Thanks, I left a little room price wise just for something like that.
Just might have to get put a couple more fans on that case though =)

with that cooler you could also OC it and there is a chance of unlocking it into a fully fledged phenom quad core!

Using the Fusion APU will free up some money , but I wouldnt use it on case fans . Instead use it to get a better quality power supply

Instead of the 770, consider this Gigabyte 760, which is AM3+ ready, so will take bulldozer when it comes out next month:
