I am building my first computer and i would appreciate it if I could get some help rating my computer parts that i have picked out. I dont have the video card picked out so suggestions would be welcomed.

Update: replaced Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor

MSI P67A-C43 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
instead of the i5 2400 cpu and the BIOSTAR TH67 LGA 1155 Intel H67 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard thanks to the advice by jackspeed
An overall price is approx $700

biostar has some negative reviews
you can't overclock an i5 2400
a hitachi hd is cheaper and faster
raid max has mixed reviews
and you can get cheaper ram.

It seems like a good build for a budget build but I don't know what you are paying.
I dont see a gpu. so can we get a budget where you live ect
