GPU: Gigabyte G1 GTX 970
Ram: 16GB Corsair XCS3 1333mhz
PSU: 875 watt (overkill I know)
HDD: Seagate 1TB
Case: NZXT Guardian 921
OS: Windows 10/ Ubuntu 14.04

Rate for what goal?

For browsing facebook I give it 100, for video editing I give it a 78.

PSU appears to be complete garbage. Looking it up its a Leadman PSU.

I would give it a 20/100 due to the PSU. But honestly I wouldn't use it with that PSU.

Agreed, score drops significantly just due to the high probability of frying that GTX 970 and your motherboard

for any task which mostly uses the HDD, it is going to be very slow I would give it 2/10
for any task which mostly uses the CPU, I would give it 5/10
for any task which mostly uses the GPU, I would give it 9/10
