I do not plan to spend anymore money, if you can find something less and just as effective, that'd be great. This is a gaming PC that I plan to order and build. Do you think it could run new games like BF3, Skyrim, and high demanding games - on what settings do you think it could run them at? Any compatibility issues - are the compatibility issues from pcpartpicker legit?

Anyway, here it is!

Alright, so I'll replace the video card with a cheaper sapphire version of it, and it will be ready to go? No compatibility issues? Will it be able to run BF3, Modern warfare, etc? And on what settings could it run itt at?

Well, I have the exact same hardware (3570k@4.3Ghz, Sapphire HD7870 @1150Mhz Core, 5500Mhz memory) and am getting quite good performance at 1080p (everything Ultra, DX11 and high res texture pack). Averaging around 40FPS with occasional dips to the low 30's when something big happens on screen.

It'll run most games on ultra with playable FPS. Most games will be 60+ while some like BF3 may be around 40+, depending on your AA levels. If you really want those extra frames, just set the graphics to high.
