Do you think this can run games like Overwatch or Call of Duty or any other high end games?
Usually my main games are World of Warcraft and League of Legends, and occasionally some console games.
I just want to know what games would this computer struggle with? What should I replace?

This computer is already a huge upgrade from mine. The computer I have now I get under 20 FPS playing Skyrim. So as long as this computer can run World of Warcraft on Ultra and in 60 FPS I'll be darn happy. All feedback is appreciated.

I would like to have a scale of 1-10 rating? But you can use whatever rating you like.

Thanks!

yung dank.

EDIT 1: I am looking around some people are saying i7 is better than i5 which I don't think that I will need a i7 for the games I'll be running? Thanks

overpriced and very bad powersupply, yes u can play games in ultra/high settings but again overpriced.
also it doesn't use the latest hardware, that u can get for the same price.

i7 will only benefit you in live streaming/recording and shortening render times .
gaming performance it makes zero difference.

7-10: Why are you getting a last Gen CPU? I have never heard of that Case. Is this a Pre-Built? If so why are you asking for our critique?

It will be more than enough for less demanding titles WOW, CS:GO, LOL, and will run more intensive games. Although don't expect to be able to run all the newer more demanding games at Ultra Settings and especially not at resolutions higher than 1080P.

Actually if you plan on doing other stuff while Gaming those extra Threads will come in handy, but the GPU will have the biggest impact.

Because I've never bought a gaming PC before. And I can't ask for critique? It's pre-built but I can choose the things I want but like I said I'm new to this which is why I'm asking you people. I don't know why I am getting a last gen CPU. I wanted to not spend that much more on a newer CPU? But if a newer CPU doesn't affect the gaming performance then I don't really need it

Is it really that overpriced? What do you think can help? Also what PSU do you recommend that is cheaper than the one I have now? Anything in general that can decrease the price? I'm trying to get maximum performance with the less money possible lol

We recommend more expensive, not cheaper.

Most the people here intend to Build PC's so you need to specify, otherwise the critique we give will be worthless. Regardless, that PC will will be enough to satisfy your needs, it's not perfect but it should be more than enough to handle Triple AAA at decent Frame-Rates and settings.

What's is important is that it does what you want it to do in the here and now. I assume that they Build and Test it for you, so the PSU should be fine. I will not recommend you Build one if the subject does not interest you, it's more of a hobby anyway.

I mean obviously I'm not JUST going to use it for WoW and League, I'm going to use it for all kinds of games. I will have a lot of games on this computer. But for what I'm paying for do you think that it's a decent gaming computer yes or no.

1. PSU sux
2. SSD - For an extra $20, you can probably get 2x the drive space
3. If you're getting a summer job and saving up, wait until you actually have the money, then spec out the system. Parts and prices will change by then.
4. Don't buy an iBuyPower. Ever.

no, let us help you

and we talk u through the building process

We've seen far too many instances of badly built systems from iBuyPower. They do not power up each system and test it fully.

Yes I do, and we already have advised him to get a better one. But, that's his own mistake if he doesn't. But strictly in terms of gaming performance right when he gets that computer, it should be pretty good. In no way do I expect that PC to hold up for more than a year, though.

I see way to many PC elitist saying that this computer sucks. I understand it's feedback and it's what I asked for. But why have to be a dick about it. Like, we're all civilized people here. Just tell me what's wrong with it and what I can buy that's cheaper. You people saying "OH THAT COMPUTER IS * " but not giving any kind of reason why other than just saying it's * isn't helping me at all.

That's all.
Thank you. I will still be looking at this topic, since I am still piecing things together and improving this computer.

'elitist'? no.
Trying to help you not waste money? Yes.

For the original stated parts list, there are many adjustments that could be made.
Better PSU.
250GB SSD vs the original 120GB.
An additional HDD to go along with that tiny SSD.

Stuff like that.
We've seen far too many reports of incredibly bad parts selection and construction from iBuyPower and similar companies.
For that $1,000 budget, you could end up with a much better PC.

You asked for opinions. You've gotten some from experienced people. What you do is up to you.

(oh, and watch the language. thanks.)

Anyway of increasing the life span of my computer? Any PSU recommendations that go with this computer?

So like can I buy all of these from this site? I really don't want to order these items and have to order them all from different sites...

I understand. Sorry. But I just perceived it as rude. Could you recommend a site that will give me a good computer for under $1,000? Or tell me if the guy that linked all the parts is good?
