Just wondering what to expect in terms of performance with this setup.

Power Supply:
Corsair CX600

Motherboard:
Gigabyte H81M-S2H

CPU:
Intel Core i5-4460

GPU:
MSI GTX 750 TI 2GB
Future upgrade to Asus Turbo GTX 1060 6GB

Displays:
3 x Samsung 24" 1920x1080 curved LED monitors

Memory:
Transcend 8GB DDR3 1600mhz U-DIMM

Storage:
2TB HDD
Future upgrade to Samsung 850 Evo 500GB

Will the i5 bottleneck the GTX1060? How will the triple monitor setup affect performance? What kind of performance should I expect with the GTX750TI until I can afford to upgrade to the GTX 1060?

The 750Ti is just passable for 1080p in modern games, triple monitors no way is it good enough. A lot will depend on your expectations but I wouldn't be happy with a 1060 either for 1080px3. Personally Id want a GTX 1080 minimum but then the CPU is too weak to pair with a 1080. Also a few modern games benefit from 16gb RAM.

I think you expectations are too high for this setup.

The PC will be used for work and gaming. I will only use a single monitor for gaming, I don't really care about being able to run everything on Ultra as long as there is a decent smooth framer ate. The triple monitor setup is for multitasking work tasks which will include photo and video editing.
