I personally like asus boards like the z170a and deluxe but if you are going for a red and black build msi makes pretty good mobo's as well. I would go with an aftermarket cooling option for the 980ti as they run a little cooler with a factory OC and are sometimes cheaper unless you already bought it/you are water cooling. The PSU you are using is okay but I would get an evga EVGA
SuperNova G2 / P2 / T2 Super Flower, Supernova GS, PS if possible.

Not sure why you would get a 6600k cpu and a mobo with a z170 chipset. It would make a lot more sense to get a z97 chipset.

Can't that's soc lga 1150, skylake uses lga 1151.

I would run with a Gigabyte board rather than MSI 9 times out of 10 .

The build is good for any resolution above 1080p . At 1080p its overkill .

I would swap out the SATA SSD for an M.2 drive , even if it was half the capacity .

Yeah I definitely second this choice, I just rebuilt my rig into a new Enthoo Pro and the Cryorig was incredibly easy to disassemble and set back up. Maybe even more so than the Noctua D14 in my other rig.
