I built a pc, it has:

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-Z270X-Ultra Gaming
CPU: Intel i5 7600k 3.8Ghz
Ram: G. Skill Ripjaws DDR4 2400 MHz 16GB (2x8)
Cooling: Corsair H100i V2 Liquid Cooling
PSU: EVGA Supernova 650W G (modular)
GPU: I currently have EVGA gtx 960 but looking to upgrade to EVGA gtx 1070
Storage: 120GB SSD and 1TB HDD
Case: NZXT H440 Mid Tower

What do y'all think? (1-10 with details would be greatly appreciated)

You have to put it in right contest as to what it's supposed to be used for, like this it means nothing.

4/10 drop to a reasonable CPU cooler, and a bit cheaper board and you could have yourself a 7700k for the same money. If youre not reusing that case you could save a few bucks there if needed too.
