Hard to rate it without a goal in mind. I assume gaming? If so, maybe 8/10.

I would probably opt for larger storage drives, cost increase should be minimal. Games are getting huge and no reason not to pick up a 2TB drive over a 1TB or a 512GB SSD vs 250GB.

Plenty of hardware for overclocking. Though the expense of the cooler is a bit much for my tastes. For that price I would look at some of the expandable loops available.

There are better chassis out there for cooling as well. GPU might get a little warm inside that box.
