Hello I'm new to computers and I'm looking to build my first gaming computer! I'm on a $600 budget and I was wondering if this is a good build.

With that build I'm going to include a operating system.
I'm wondering if I should get Windows 7 or Windows 8.
In the comments of that build many people were saying something about windows 8 had drivers that could mess up with some games or something along those lines.
