Hi everyone.

im completely new to these forums however I've used them as a reference many a time.

Please rate this build and any improvements or suggestions you have are welcomed

also I'm on a budget so keep this in mind when suggesting.

Ok so;
-FX series CPUs are no bueno. Intels i3s or i5s will give you much better performance and future proofing for same price.
-MoBo is ok for AM3+ but if you want to go Intel you will need LGA1155 (most likely)
-5750 is meh, old card. Could get a 7750 or 6770 for same price. Or for a few more bucks a 7770.
-Hard drive is good as far as I know
-Dont know much about optical drives, I don't personally use them
-That PSU is not a trusted company, and the PSU is arguably the most important component. Look for Corsair, XFX, Antec, some others are slipping my mind lol...
-Drop the cold cathode kit and put more money towards a better GPU

My recommendation; (sorry no links, I'm on my phone)
GPU: Sapphire HD 7850 - $190
CPU: Intel Core i3 Ivy - ~$120-130
MoBo: ASRock Z75 Pro3 - $80
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X 2x4GB - $30
PSU: Corsair CX600 600w - $70
HDD: WD Caviar Black 1TB - $110
<insert random optical drive here> - $30 (?)

Total: ~$630-640 + shipping

The Z75 chipset is so you can overclock, want to get a i7 in future and do some serious overclocking.
You didn't really say what your budget was but if anything I would put more money into GPU and get an i5. Past the 7850, get a GTX 660 or GTX 660 Ti. Or GTX 670 or HD 7950 past that.
