Following build. i have gone back and forth between overclocking cpu or not. and i settled on doing it. is the cpu cooler sufficient for maybe a 4ghz overclock. is everything else ok. i would have wanted to get a evo 212 but my case doesnt suffice. anything else i can improve? thanks. https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/NNCmNN

A Corsair SPEC is a full size ATX mid tower. It can hold a Hyper 212 Evo with room to spare. Anyone who says it doesn't, doesn't know what they are talking about.

a+ I would change the aftermarket cooler the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (budget but amazing!)

The wireless adapter, it's preference but I prefer the internal WiFi Adapter with antennas versus a dongle.
