Rate this final build. (hopefully)

I wished I could stop trying to make several builds as I read more infor on computer components. I kept seeing components I like on sale and try to build around that. I really don't want sandybridge or bulldozer only because I'd rather have well-tested components. I already have 125gb ssd, 750gb hdd, an old 500 hdd which I plan to wipeclean, lcd 23" 1920x1080 monitor, blu ray dvd burner, G19 series keyboard and mouse, windows 7 x64. I want to overclock a little , no sli or crossfire. I want to use the usb 3.0 front panel. I'm into research so I do a lot of downloading and I do muti-tasking. I am not a heavy gamer. I like a somewhat future proof computer that will last a long time. Will someone please rate this build, compatibility. improvements or overkill?Will the case I've chosen be roomy enough for airflow and be big enough to fit the GPU? Will I be able to use the stock cooler that comes with the processor? I use newegg and amazon. Thank you!

Ya might want to consider Antec's successor to the 902, the DF-35 which is now selling $40 under MSRP

I know my bad, thus the reason for 2nd reply, it corrected the right price for the case. I live in U.S.
Case look good but I wanted easy access to usb 3.0.
I choose the asus motherboard for the front usb 3.0
The XFX Black Edition 750 is not modular. I do not see where it say Over Current / Voltage / Power Protection. Is this standard for all psu include that?
I get leary of rams that says intel compatibility. So it wouldn't be compatible to an AMD motherboard? Also would I really need 8gb ram for what I need? Just wondering and thanks for your help.

I miscounted the cost of AntecAntec Mid-Tower Gaming Case Nine Hundred Two V3. The $262.00 was the total for both the case and the PSU. The case is $119.00.

Someone suggested that the AsRock is low tier. I would like a gig or asus motherboard but none has usb 3.0 header. I like the easy access to all the front panel that the front usb 3.0 motherboard has. What is another alternative should I use instead?

Asrock is far from "Low Tier" I don't know who suggested that to you but Asrock has long since come from that old Asrock company a few years back in AM2+ and 775. They now partner up with people like Fatality to make high quality boards. Their launch of the ExtremeX series has also been an enthusiast launch point. They are good boards for a good price. The Extreme4 P67 is an example. It beasts out any Asus or Gigabyte board for the price.
