What do you guys think? Comes with a computer I'm looking at buying.

I guess it looks ok? It's 80 Plus compliant at least it is right now, but that doesn't mean the components used in construction are good. it does *usually* tend to work that way though. I'd never buy anything that wasn't 80 Plus certified

Included \ bundled power supplies are 99% of the time below budget quality. Almost always need to be replaced.

High Power is made by Sirtec? I thought High Power was it's own thing?

Nope High Power is a label , Sirtec is the OEM.

I don't know about 99% but in this case, I'd probably get a better PSU too.
