Rate/Value my build

Howdy, first time poster here, looking for some advice/opinions on what you folks think I could shift my PC for.

I've decided that I might possibly build another system from scratch, but this in a bigger case. All parts in my current build are 5 months old at the most, all run perfectly.

Here's the specs of my rig:

- Silverstone Sugo SG05 case
- Silverstone 450w SFX PSU
- Intel i5 3450 @ 4.0Ghz
- Team group Elite 16gb DDR3 1600Mhz
- XFX Radeon HD 7970 3gb Ghz DD Edition
- Asus H77 ITX motherboard
- 1tb Toshiba HDD
- Optical Blu-ray DVD-RW drive

If I was to sell this as a complete system, how much should I be asking for?

Also, is there anything you folks think I could improve in the system? Feedback appreciated.

That system will burn the PSU out lol.

i'd rate it 0/10 cause of that real possibility.....

but ya. the 7970 has a max power consumption of around 200w under load... that's why it can run...

It runs as around 70-80% usage when playing games such as Battlefield 3, it's a very power efficient build and pulls around 400w maximum under heavy load.

It's max is around 500w, Silverstone seem to downplay on what their PSU's wattage really is.
