rate which games i can play

the games i wish to play are the assasins creed series, the call of duty series and battlefield series.
this is the build my company gave me-
intel i7 4770k
standard intel mobo
8gb ram
2gb ddr 3 nvidia gpu(gt 640
min graphics only req.
i wish to play skyrim as wel.
my min is anything as long as there is no lag.
