Rating a monitor for 1080p gaming !!

Hi guys, need a rating for this monitor to be used for 1080p gaming:

"Samsung S22F350FHM 22 Inch LED LCD Monitor"

ALSO: this monitor has 4-5ms response time, what is response time? and i heard its better with 1ms response time, will it make an effect with 4-5ms response time??

I've this monitor since June 2017 (2100 LE). Mashallah, It's very good and it's awesome while gaming.
Concerning response time, it's totally fine as it's 4-5 ms you will never feel lag or something wrong with fps. Only heavy duty gamers will care or you have a 1080ti to really see the difference which is so minor.

Thanks for your reply, but i wanna ask you, what is the difference between 1ms and 5ms respnonse time ?? actually going to buy GTX 1060 6GB for now, i don't know if i will upgrade my GPU later but let me ask you again in addition to 1st question: what is the effect that will be noticed with 5ms response time if i got 1080 ti ??

You won't feel the difference as anything that's below 5 ms is non observable for human eye.
You can make sure by browsing some articles on the internet entitled; "1 ms vs 5 ms worthy or different.

UPDATE

It has 1ms response time(GTG).
Resolution = 1920 x 1080.
Panel = TN.
Refresh rate = 60Hz (I know that higher is better but this is the only one i can afford right now).

So is it fine to good with? please check it and tell me if it has some problem.
