RAW HDD experience

Hi guys,

I want to ask you, what is your experience with using HDD after recovering it from RAW format back to NTFS?
Is it safe to use or should I consider to buy a new one?

That would largely depend of what caused it.
I would test it first to see if it's physically sound and no bad or pending blocks or sectors. Many tools fort that but most competent ones are made by your disk's manufacturers. Any errors like that and it's not reliable any more.

Check smart parameters of the drive. Decide based on that.

I will try to check it. Also forgot to mention that its a new HDD and this was its 1st run.
