raw read error rate with 1TB WD Green HDD

Hi
I have a problem with my hard
It's Western Digital Caviar Green 1TB (WDC WD10EARS-00Y5B1)
That there is a disconnecting sound from it as i feel it's from the Reading needle
here's a picture after trying to open it with HD Tune Pro

And when I opened Disk Management from windows , it was " unallocated " drive and never appeared in Computer
Is there a way to fix it ?
And if not, Is there any way to move the data from it ?

health status: warning. That should be a big red flag. drive needs to be replaced.

If it under warranty, replace and recover the data from your backup
If it is not under warranty, replace and recover the data from your backup.

WD has a diagnostic app called data lifeguard.
You might try to run that.

I tried this tool and tested the Hard disk and passed all the tests (Extended and Quick)
But there's nothing achieved and still don't know how to recover the data
please helo
